He started his career from an IT background which was not inspiring for him and was seeking change that when we joined the Astra Organisation in Chennai and built his confidence and business sense which he then implemented and got promoted in the year 2012 into ownership journey and moved to Coimbatore and laid the first brick to his own dream by starting the Focus Organisation. Now with all the skills developed from all the leaders in the country and through his hard work and dedication he's been promoted as the Organisational Head. Through perfect strategy and dynamic leadership qualities he's leading a very successful Organisation. Surendran has planned to expand his structure in many more places in Southern India, through his Success mantra "GREAT THINGS NEVER COME FROM COMFORT ZONES" he has taken his career and other around him to this point and he has many more things to achieve.
